Spinach Smoothie…

Here is a little healthy treat for all to end this beautiful week. I call this smoothie my energizer. It gives you energy, help you lose weight; keeps you healthy, you will still have your fruit a day and it is also high in fibre. I substitute my breakfast with smoothie sometimes and it is always filling.

Baked Tilapia and Sweet Potato Wedges…

This recipe is one of the quickest meals you can make after the dayโ€™s hard job. It requires less or no prepping time and it is healthy and super delish… the fish can be cooked straight away as you donโ€™t need to marinate it, the sweet potato doesn’t need peeling, all you have to do is season well,  put in the oven  and wait to enjoy a stress free meal after a stressful day.

Spicy Couscous

The first time I heard about couscous was about 5 years ago during my national youth service. I spent a year in Kano, Dala to be precise and I can say categorically that couscous is one of the favourites of the northerners. How they cook it then I donโ€™t know and I never had the chance to cook one as I thought itโ€™s going to be a hassle cooking something so tiny and it just look complicated.
